Precis Engineering, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Larry Gadbois, PE, and Robert Dick, PE. The two were committed to providing strategically sensitive and technically complex engineering services with an emphasis on project leadership. They were joined by Vincent O’Brien, PE, in 2007. They are supported by a senior management staff, all industry leaders in clean, compliant facility design and facility/campus utility infrastructure planning. Principal-level project leadership and hands-on technical expertise guide every project.

The firm has had a steady growth of staff and technical expertise and offer a wide range of diverse and highly complex skills for projects of any size. The Precis Engineering team provides engineering for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, life safety, process, and automation for technically demanding clients. Our emphasis is on systems and utilities where functionality within specific parameters isn’t just a guideline - it’s a requirement.
