Our founder and CEO, Ryan King, started this gym in 2012 under the belief that it is ALL ABOUT THE ATHLETES. Since then, we have grown, underwent multiple expansions and renovations, added multiple programs, and grown our team and coaching staff. The one thing that remains the same is the view that this is a business for the athletes, and we will never stop striving to help YOU achieve your goals.
