COMPANY BACKGROUND Bob Usey Properties was founded on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 1976 and has operated continuously in the Biloxi-Gulfport Area specializing in Commercial Properties and particularly in Buyer Representation. BROKER BACKGROUND Bob Usey holds a BS and MS Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate business. Bob has represented the Biloxi-Gulfport Area in the Mississippi State Senate from 1980-1992. Bob Usey is also a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and holds the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR). Bob is a charter member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors having served on the board of directors.
