Massage Therapy has a wide range of uses, from pure relaxation to helping people recover from injury. As a massage therapist over the years, I have watched the tension and anxiety ease from a client's shoulders and given a hand in getting an athlete back to peak condition.

Here at Body in Balance we always listen to the feedback of the clients. Ask them for what they need and enjoy. We note changes that occur during the massage sessions, and note changes that occur over time. Always willing to learn from our clients, encouraging them to apply good self-care in their lives.

Massage can give a wonderful psychological boost to someone who is living with this chronic disease and striving to balance all the factors involved in maintaining a healthy lifestyle--proper nutrition, adequate exercise and stress management.
