Ciba Climbing

General information

Ciba Climbing will be a full-service bouldering gym offering open climbing, lessons, kids' programs, availability to groups, equipment rentals, and climbing guided tours.

Ciba means “rock” in the Taino language. Tainos were the noble and brave natives of the Caribbean island when it was discovered by Christopher Columbus. Ciba Climbing will focus on bouldering which is the simplest and unrestricted form of climbing. All the climber needs for bouldering will be their climbing shoes, chalk bag ,and bouldering mat. Ciba will provide the community a different and entertaining way of exercising without the traditional stigma or boredom of a gym. Bouldering will make the climbers strong both physically and mentally while fostering fitness and skill development in a safe and instructional environment.
