General information

Strath Haven Condominium offers 219 residential units and 20 professional offices. Units at the Strath Haven include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units in a variety of configurations. The shops and restaurants of the Ville of Swarthmore and the campus of Swarthmore College are only a short walk away.Complimentary van service runs every weekday to the nearby SEPTA station for both morning and evening commuter trains, offers daily shopping trips to Swarthmore, Springfield and Media, and less frequent trips to Booth’s Corner market and Harrah’s casino in Chester.Amenities on the handsomely landscaped condominium premises feature a large swimming pool and cabana, a hobby workroom, a well-stocked free lending library, a card room, and a meeting room hosting monthly open meetings of the Board of Managers, Board Committee meetings, and events sponsored by the Social Committee.

All unit owners are members of the Strath Haven Condominium Association governed by a Board of Managers elected by and from the membership. The on-site Association Manager, hired by and reporting to the Board, supervises a staff of eight full and three part-time engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, office and security personnel.
