-Black Belt in Isshin-ryū Karate under Anthony Gribble 6th degree black belt and head instructor of Pirate Isshin-ryu at East Carolina University.
-Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Pat Tray owner of Trident Martial Arts
-Black belt in Judo under Kenton Givens black belt and head instructor of Virginia Judo Association.

-Level 1 instructor Fit To Fight Krav Maga

The Meaning Of The Name Five Crow:

The crow is one of the most intelligent animals on the planet.The thinking ability of crows is astounding. They use tools, problem solve, and have reasoning skills. It is my belief that the mind is the most powerful weapon a person has. The five represents the ranges of combat; striking, grappling, weapons, multiple opponent and mental preparedness.
