Support the Local Grind "SK(8-1-4) Action Sports Park" is located in the basement of the old A&P warehouse in Altoona, PA. We really are an underground park! We currently have a 6' bank, 3 ft bank, channel bank, curb ledge with box and bump up, a wall ride, 3' quarter pipe section, 4' quarter section, 5' quarter section, a 4' mini ramp, 3' spine, fun box with hip, 20' ledge and bank to bank gap, plus numerous movable ramps, boxes and rails. Allowing you to create your own set up.
We are currently kicking off another phase of ramp building. A 4' stair section and street plaza is in the plans for this winter/early spring 17.
Signed waiver and helmets required. Skateboards, Bikes, Blades and Scooters allowed. Open 7 days a week!
