To that end, the organization will:
Act as a liaison between commercial property owners and the City of Monterey.
Work to preserve the rights and values of the commercial property owners.
Advocate the policies necessary to meet these goals.
We have become a working partner with the City of Monterey on several projects which include Calle Principal revitalization plan and the Lighthouse Ave Traffic Comprehensive Circulation Plan.
