Every client begins with an initial consultation, which includes an assessment of overall health, medical history, medication and supplement usage, weight and dieting history, activity/exercise routine, and a review of eating habits. Goal setting is an integral part of the change process. Lisa and Lynne feel that finding out what motivates their clients helps them to reach their goals and move past any barriers that may inhibit their client’s progress.
