Ending HIV Oklahoma - OHHPC

General information

Oklahoma HIV & Hepatitis Planning Council (OHHPC) is an advisory body that helps the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Sexual Health, and Harm Reduction Service in preventing the spread of HIV, Hepatitis, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, and other STDs.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) are serious health problems that require immediate medical attention, and if not treated, they can even prove to be life-threatening and fatal. Any person who is sexually active is at risk of contracting Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs). People who have multiple partners are at an increased risk as they are more exposed and carry greater chances of contracting the disease.
