With our 2nd Amendment rights being attacked at both the Federal and State level, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) trying to close down Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) for minor infractions while making FFLs the scapegoat when the ATF’s records are inaccurate, the Firearms Industry Consulting Group® (FICG®), a division of Civil Rights Defense Firm, P.C. is dedicated to the protection of the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Article 1, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania Constitution.

In this vein, FICG® has attorneys that focus and concentrate their practice in firearms law and the firearms and explosives industry so that we can provide the best possible representation to our clients, including individuals, FFLs, and Gun Clubs/Ranges, and representation that other firms cannot even begin to provide.
