ABOUT THE FACILITY

Ignition Fitness & Sports is the most innovative facility in Mankato, MN. Ignition is a large 14,000 sq. foot facility offering athletic & fitness training to individuals of all ages and levels of competition. IFS also offers adult & athlete groups and personal training.

-Mankato’s first and only facility that offers 2,200 sq. feet of indoor turf, providing the opportunity for the most effective training methods around. This includes proper warm-up, plyometrics, speed drills and sleds.
-The development of power is enhanced by concrete wall space that is ideal for medicine ball training.
-Weight lifting platforms for olympic lifting and kettlebell training.
-Locker rooms and showers for your convenience.
-Card swipe access.
