Tom Cornwell President & Founder of Cornwell Inc. Land & Home Brokers – Auctioneers - Tom grew up in the auction business following his father Les’s footsteps. He graduated from the Western College of Auctioneering at Billings Montana in June of 1979 immediately following graduation from high school.

The Auction business has been a full time profession for Tom ever since. He is recognized worldwide as a leading auctioneer of farm toys. He has been specializing in the sale of farm toys since 1983. He conducts on a yearly basis the National Farm Toy Auction held in conjunction with the National Farm Toy Show held in Dyersville, Iowa each November. Tom has conducted auctions the past 35 years throughout Central Nebraska as well as in several surrounding states.

He acquired his Nebraska Real Estate License in 1981. His Specialty and Primary Focus is Farm and Ranch Real Estate Sales. He offers expertise in offering Farm Real Estate at Public Auction as well as by Private Treaty.
Tom is a member of the Nebraska Auctioneers Association having served as a Director for the Association. He has conducted seminars for both the Nebraska and National Auctioneers associations as well as other organizations giving insight on his experiences in the auction business.
