At BricknFire, our passion is creating an original, artisan, Neapolitan style pizza using the highest quality and freshest ingredients for you and your family. We searched far and wide for the best wood-fired oven to produce the perfect pizza; our oven is fired to 800-1,000 degrees to deliver this unique pizza experience. All of our ingredients are the best available: the Italian 00 grind flour is proven to provide performance and flavor. We make our own sauce using real San Marzano tomatoes from around the world and our toppings are grown locally whenever possible!
