In 1996 Christopher Maddalone founded Maddalone & Associates, Inc.
in order to maintain a handful of family owned rental properties.
Over time the company grew into a full service, multi-faceted
Property Management Company with a reputation of providing
first-class management services. Today Maddalone & Associates, Inc.
manages hundreds of rental properties throughout the capital district
for dozens of property owners around the world.

CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT

Serving the Greater Capital Region since 2003, Maddalone Construction, Inc. was founded to meet the needs of the growing property management company’s clientele who wanted to renovate or completely rehab their rental properties.

Today Maddalone Construction, Inc. provides all phases of residential and commercial construction from renovations and additions of existing properties to new home construction and complete residential developments.

Overseen by its Construction Manager, Hank Maddalone, Maddalone Construction prides itself on providing its clients with the highest quality craftsmanship at a fair, affordable cost. Maddalone Construction; finishing work on the Capital Region Building Magazine’s 25th Anniversary ASO Vanguard Showcase 2005 House of the Year.
