In 1977, Waldrip Properties, Inc., was formed by 26 year old real estate broker Jack Waldrip. The early focus of the company was on commercial real estate brokerage, but then Waldrip Properties began developing commercial real estate and quickly expanded into apartment and residential subdivision development.

Waldrip Properties grew into a full-service real estate brokerage and began operating under the name Jack Waldrip Real Estate. In 2012, the brokerage division merged with Prudential Georgia Realty which became Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.

To date, Gainesville, Ga. based Waldrip Properties has developed, owns and manages all types of commercial, industrial, retail, office and multifamily properties. The company continues to remain focused on the acquisition, development and management of properties for the future.

Waldrip Properties continues in Commercial Real Estate, Development, Leasing and Property Management.
