My sincere caring, sharp intellect, extensive training and many years of experience has enabled me to help individuals, couples and families suffering from problems of anxiety, depression, marital difficulties, career challenges, loss, relationship issues and trauma. In consideration of your problems, treatment will be tailored to your individual needs. I practice Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) which is the only psychotherapy that is scientifically supported by more than 30 years of research demonstrating its effectiveness. It is a time-limited, empirically supported treatment for a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, stress, worry, and relationship conflicts.
