Happy Valley Home Cookin' is a family owned business operated by Matt and Samantha Collins. We started our business with the mission of improving the overall quality of food services available to the Penn State Greek Community. As an undergraduate member of Phi Kappa Psi, Matt learned the many ups and downs of the fraternity food scene. Samantha and Matt both studied Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management here at Penn State University and have taken that knowledge, along with years of Restaurant Management experience, and created Happy Valley Home Cookin'. We specialize in providing full time Chefs and local on-site management for Penn State Fraternities and are just getting ready to introduce our on-site catering and BBQ services - Coming Soon!
