Body Flows leads Yoga and Wellness Retreats in California, Mexico, Costa Rica and Hawaii, and custom Day Events for Corporates, Birthdays, Family Gatherings and Bachelorette Parties in Sonoma Wine Country and in exciting travel destinations all over the world.

We love working with custom groups and creating unique experiences and retreats for your private retreat or event, selecting activities such as outdoor yoga, mindfulness, meditation, massage, chair massage, natural walking/running technique, guided hikes or runs, reiki energy healing, nutrition and life coaching and more!

Body Flows is also available for onsite yoga, chair massage or other wellness services at your office or private event.

The intention of Body Flows is to help you to heal physically and/or emotionally, develop greater self-awareness. By stepping into the world of Body Flows, you are taking a positive step towards improving your overall health and well being!

It uses a holistic and custom-tailored approach to healing chronic pain, sports injuries, migraines, carpel tunnel syndrome, scoliosis, insomnia, anxiety, depression, stress and others.
