Welcome to FISC FISC is the Financial Information and Service Center, a program of Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin that offers personal counseling on a variety of financial matters — credit cards, bankruptcy, budgeting, student loans and more. Our counselors can help you understand your credit score, or deal with foreclosure or delinquent mortgage. We're based at the Goodwill Community Campus, 1800 Appleton Road, Menasha, with offices in Green Bay, Oshkosh and Sturgeon Bay. We're also available throughout Wisconsin by phone at 800-366-8161. FISC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions and a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). We're nationally accredited by the Council for Accreditation for Children and Families, Inc. (COA). Let us help you explore your options.
