Snap Fitness in the heart of the Verde Valley has three prime locations--Sedona, VOC and Cottonwood. All three facilities have a full schedule of fitness classes, updated monthly. Your membership gives you access to nearly 2000 Snap fitness clubs worldwide.

We have more than 20 pieces of cardio equipment at each of our three gyms, including; rowers, bikes, treadmills, steppers and ellipticals--a full circuit so you can easily get a complete workout without touching a free weight.

Our weight rooms have dumbells from 1-120 pounds for rehab, toning and building. Olympic bars and plates provide fun for some good old fashioned lifting!

Each of our gyms has varied amenities. The West Sedona club features a crosstraining room that will challenge the most experienced athlete: Gymnastic Rings, Rock Climbing Wall, Bumper plates, climbing rope, kettle bells and much, much more. An athlete's playroom!

West Sedona also has showers and a stand up tanning machine in a private setting.

Sedona VOC has a Hydromassage bed providing incredible therapeutic benefits (without getting wet).

Snap Cottonwood has a shower, a tanning booth and a hydromassage table.

We offer a very strong senior program with senior classes offered in all our gym's and senior memberships offered through Silver & Fit.
