Welcome to Havasu CrossFit, an elite fitness community located in Lake Havasu, AZ. HXF is Lake Havasu's first and only CrossFit Gym. Here at HXF our goal is to help you become a more efficient human being through functional fitness. Functional fitness focuses on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program scaled to your ability; the intensity is up to you. HXF is not bootcamp but a community that works together to accomplish our goals, push new limits, and achieve true fitness. Our CrossFit Level 1 Trainer will teach you proper fundamental movements during a series of technique sessions that will prepare you for the full group workouts.
