The Card Isle began in the Spring of 2013, in an entrepreneurship class at Virginia Tech. Three engineering students, Stephan, David and Adam became fascinated with the idea of using technology to improve the greeting card experience. After hundreds of face to face interviews with greeting card senders, the Card Isle business was formed.
Built on the belief that a greeting card is only as valuable as the effort and connections contained within it, the team has worked diligently to create a greeting card experience that allows the customer to add there own personality to a professionally printed card.
